Returns & Replacements

We want you to be completely satisfied with your furniture purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return unassembled items in their original packaging within 60 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the item if necessary and pack it back into its original Sauder shipping carton with all hardware and assembly instructions included.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print and attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box, ensuring any old shipping labels are completely covered or removed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the returned item, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
